VEHICLES TO BE SOLD UNDER NEBRASKA STATE STATUTE SECTION 60-2410
Successful bidders will be presented a notarized Bill of Sale, the receipt(s) from the certified letter(s) or the returned, unopened letter(s), an Odometer Disclosure Statement and copies of the notices sent to the titled owner and lienholder, if applicable. The buyer may then present these to the designated County Official to obtain a title in their name. Auction will take place at 5402 L St. at the I80 Auction. Vehicles will not be brought to sale site. Successful bidders responsible to remove vehicles from 2222 No 84th St. by Wed. May 13, 2009, 4:00 p.m. or forfeit payment.
