HEATHER STARMER

Heather Starmer joined P.J. Morgan Real Estate in 2007 as a commercial and residential property manager.  As a licensed real estate agent, Heather brings both her knowledge of the real estate industry as well as her many years of real estate experience to her property management position.

Heather has been in the property management industry since 2001 where she began her career as a leasing consultant.  She worked her way up to an assistant property manager and then to property management position where she was responsible for 288 units.  Heather also obtained her Bachelor's Degree in Marketing/Management from Bellevue University in 2005 and then earned her real estate license in 2009.

As a property manager for P.J. Morgan Real Estate, Starmer has received many accolades from both property owners and tenants for her communication skills and her professionalism.  Her responsibilities include the every day management of a portfolio of properties including: acting as liaison between tenants and landlord, coordinating repairs with maintenacne and venders, leasing vacant properties, property budgeting, site visits, coordinating the collection of rents and seeking new business.  Heather's experience, education and real estate knowledge makes her a valuable member of the P.J. Morgan Real Estate Team.
