WALTER PEFFER

Walt has spent more than 30 years working in high profile positions in business and in government. In 1998, he joined P.J. Morgan Real Estate to handle commercial development, management and sales.

Before that, he was executive assistant to Omaha Mayors Eugene Leahy, Edward Zorinsky, Walter Calinger and P.J. Morgan. The Mayors chief lobbyist to the Nebraska legislature. Assistant marketing director for governmental services for architectural/engineering firm DLR Group, and Director of the City of Omaha Administrative Services Department.

Walt also served as the mayor's representative on the Executive Board of the Nebraska League of Municipalities and is a member of the Omaha and Nebraska Realtors Association. In addition, he has been very active in many volunteer and civic activities.
